Received a PhD degree from Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, University of Leeds, UK. Dr. Dong was awarded a Joint funding from Harbin Institute of Technology, China and UK for PhD study in UK. He has many years of infrared, terahertz optoelectronic devices research and work experience. Currently, Dr. Dong works as Vice Director of THz Radiation and Detection Center.
